We provide dispute resolution services to a broad range of businesses and individuals with civil litigation in federal and state courts, and in alternative dispute resolution forums, such as arbitrations and mediations throughout the United States. In addition, we also serve as consultants to other lawyers, particularly in the area of franchise disputes.
With an emphasis on analyzing the dispute and making sure that the client understands the “complete picture”, we provide litigation services that allow our clients to pursue or defend maters with not only an understanding of the legal ramifications, but also as to the business realities of litigation. Litigation (and arbitration) is not to be taken lightly, even as a plaintiff. The firm recognizes the time, costs and risks involved with even the smallest matters. Our practice is to advise clients before and during litigation as to the best “business” and legal approach to disputes. As with all disputes, the outcome is never guarantied; the ultimate risk of litigation and arbitration. We assist our clients to be in the best position, but it is a judge or an arbitrator, that makes the final decision. That is why it is important for us to make sure our clients are aware of all aspects and risks of litigation, from both a legal and business perspective.
