Todd A. Goodman
Todd A. Goodman, of counsel, focuses on commercial and civil litigation with an extensive litigation background concentrating in product liability, motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, premises liability, workplace accidents, social security claims and business and franchise matters. Todd has been in private practice for over fourteen years as a trial lawyer practicing before federal and state courts. Prior to earning his law degree, Todd obtained a pharmacy degree, which he has been able to utilize in connection with his litigation practice for the benefit of his clients. Todd remains an active and licensed pharmacist providing him with a wealth of added knowledge and experience.
Todd has developed a unique characteristic for litigation attorneys, in that he adds a business prospective to each and every matter that he handles by not only evaluating claims from a legal standpoint, but also from a business point of view. Todd, prior to practicing law, was involved in the operation of retail pharmacies and now uses his business acumen in his legal profession. His vast experience is in not only litigating, but successfully negotiating and settling complex legal matters. He also has exceptional people skills that allow for him to interact with both clients and adversaries for the benefit of his clients. Todd has served as a speaker at legal symposia, including a recent conference on ethics and professional responsibility for Pennsylvania lawyers.
Todd is a member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations and is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, United States District Court for the Eastern, Western, and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, United States District Court for the State of New Jersey, state courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and has been admitted pro hoc vice in other state and federal courts.
Todd graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy in 1986 and received his juris doctor from Widener University in 1989.
In addition to his legal practice, Todd is active in numerous community organizations including being elected as Judge of Elections and director of community athletic programs.
